We combine American Heart Association (AHA) video-based teaching, verbal instruction, printed material, and hands-on skills practice using our manikins. AHA certification cards are provided upon completion of course certifying each student for a period of two (2) years. Each student will have their own manikin and mask to use during class.
BASIC LIFE SUPPORT (BLS) FOR HEALTHCARE PROVIDERS:
With the knowledge and skills you learn in this course, you can save a life. You will learn the skills of CPR for victims of all ages. You will learn how to use an automated external defribillator (AED). You will also learn how to relieve choking (foreign-body airway obstruction). The skills you learn in this course will enable you to recognize emergencies such as sudden cardiac arrest and how to respond to them.
This course is for healthcare providers, such as: Nurses, EMT Technicians, physician assistants, respiratory, physical and occupational therapists, speech therapists, massage therapists, medical or nursing students, dentists, pharmacists, dental assistants, medical school residents, home health employees, nursing homes, or anyone wanting to go into the healthcare field.

CPR INSTRUCTOR CLASS:
BLS Instructor Course - For individuals who want to teach Healthcare Provider courses, as well as Heartsaver Lay Rescuer courses.
Heartsaver Instructor - For individuals who want to teach Non-Healthcare Provider courses.
After completion of the CPR Instructor Course, you will be able to teach CPR classes as a full time or part time career.
HEARTSAVER CPR/AED:
For all individuals who have a duty to respond to a cardiac emergency because of job responsibilities or regulatory requirements, or anyone wanting to learn CPR.
Content:
Adult/Child CPR with mask
Adult/Child Choking
Adult/Child AED
Optional: Infant CPR with mask, Infant choking.
This course is for:
Police, firefighters, security guards, airline personnel and lifeguards. Also ideal for workplace training for the safety of customers as well as employees, including: restuarants, shopping malls, hotels and resorts, day-care or senior centers, fitness centers and amusement parks.
HEARTSAVER FIRST AID CPR AED:
For all individuals who have a duty to respond to first aid or cardiac emergency because of job responsibilities or regulatory requirements.
Content:
Adult First Aid Basics (general principles, medical emergencies and injury emergencies)
Adult/Child CPR with Mask
Adult/Child AED
Optional: Environmental emergencies, Infant CPR with mask.
ACLS:
This course is intended for physicians, nurses, emergency medical technicians, paramedics, staff in intensive care units and emergency or critical care departments, and other professionals who may respond to a cardiovascular emergency.
“FAMILY & NEIGHBOR CPR PARTY”
If you would like to learn life-saving skills of CPR but do not need certification, this is the program for you. Organize and gather your friends, neighbors and relatives at your home or site of choice, and we will conduct a course that covers adult, child, and infant CPR along with choking management. Have fun and a potluck afterwards.
This class is designed for anyone who would like to learn how to Save a Life. The participants do not receive a certification card and do not have to pass a skills test. Contact us below for details.
